This article will guide you on how to reinstall, install, and update apps on our MCS Student and teacher iPads.


  • Open the Mosyle app by tapping on the icon docked at the bottom of the screen next to the camera app
  • Once opened, you will see a screen with an option to enter a username and password - Ignore this
  • Tap on self-service underneath, where you enter a username and password
  • Once you enter Self-Service, here you can reinstall, install, or update any apps available specifically for the iPad.
  • Tap on (re)install/Update underneath the app icon and name

Please be aware that this will send a command to our management software and from there it will pull the app from the app store from apple. This may take some time to download and install once the command is received to our software. If the app does not install and/or update please let Information Support Services know by submitting a ticket.
