This article will show you how to add a Calendar to Outlook via the Web. Once it is added it will automatically sync to your Outlook app (Windows and MacOS-based devices).


  1. Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/
  2. Sign in if needed
  3. Click on the Calendar icon on the right-hand side of your screen
  4. Click on "Add Calendar"
  5. Click on "Add from Directory"
  6. Underneath "Please select an account to search from:" click on the drop-down box
  7. Click on your CWC E-mail address that appears on the drop-down menu (remember it will be your firstname.lastname@mcslions.org)
  8. Underneath "Select a person, group, or resource from your organization's directory to view the associated calendar." Click on "enter a name or email address".
  9. Type in the name of the calendar or person's calendar you want to add
  10. Click on the name of the calendar or person's calendar you want to add
  11. Click on the drop-down menu underneath "Add to"
  12. Click on the Calendar you want to add to
  13. Click on "Add"

Once you add the calendar to your personal calendar it will now look like this (please be aware that this picture is blurred due to security reasons and may not look exactly like what your screen does):


Please be aware that your calendar on your outlook app will take some time for changes to sync, if your calendar does change within 5 to 10 minutes, please close Microsoft Outlook and re-open it.
