This article will show you how to submit a ticket via the Support center portal, and how to sign in to the Support Center Portal.
- Navigate to www.cwc.life/staff-portal or https://www.mcslions.org/employee-portal
- Click on "Support Cetner" (the icon will have "SC")
- Click on "Sign in" or "Login"
- Click on sign-in with Google
- Click on your name with your MCS or CWC provided account
- Click on "New Ticket"
- Click on the "Issue related to" drop-down menu
- Click on "IT" or "Facilities" depending on your needs. If it is related to Technology choose "IT", or if it involves building maintenance choose "Facilities"
- Once you finish filling out your ticket, click on Submit.
