This article will show you how to submit a ticket via the Support center portal, and how to sign in to the Support Center Portal.


  1. Navigate to www.cwc.life/staff-portal or https://www.mcslions.org/employee-portal
  2. Click on "Support Cetner" (the icon will have "SC")
  3. Click on "Sign in" or "Login"
  4. Click on sign-in with Google
  5. Click on your name with your MCS or CWC provided account
  6. Click on "New Ticket"
  7. Click on the "Issue related to" drop-down menu

  8. Click on "IT" or "Facilities" depending on your needs. If it is related to Technology choose "IT", or if it involves building maintenance choose "Facilities"
  9. Once you finish filling out your ticket, click on Submit.
