The following article will show you how to Submit a ticket via Teams on the following devices:

  • Android (Samsung, Google Pixle, OnePlus, etc...)
  • Apple (iPad, iPhone, etc...)


  1. On your device, tap on Teams
  2. Tap on "More"
  3. Tap on "SC" (Support Center)
  4. Type in "Raise a Ticket"
  5. Tap on the Send icon next to the chat box
  6. Tap on "Pick an Option"
  7. Select either IT or Facilities. If you are requesting assistance that involves the Information Services Department select IT, or select Facilities if your request involves the building for either the Milton or Sunbury campus.
  8. Tap on "Continue"

  9. Fill out the form that appears (see below)
  10. Tap on Department
  11. Tap on either Christ Wesleyan Church, Meadowbrook Christian School, Recovery Ministries, or The Well Ministries
  12. Tap on Submit

From here you will receive a message in the Support Center chat with your support request number and the description. From here you can reply to the ticket by following the steps below:

  1. Tap on Reply to ticket
  2. Any responses from Information Services Department (ISD) will appear in Recent Conversations
  3. To reply to a ticket tap on "Add your reply here"
  4. Tap on submit
