This article will show you on how to submit and reply to a ticket via Microsoft Teams using the following platforms:
- Windows 11 (or later)
- MacOS
- Office 365
- Open Microsoft teams
- If you are using Microsoft 365 (FKA Office 365). Navigate to www.cwc.life/staff-portal and click on office 365
- Click on the 9 squares in the upper left hand corner
- Click on "Teams"

Click on the "SC" icon
Please Note: If you have the new Microsoft Teams, you may not see the "SC" icon until you click the three dots below the icon as seen in the screenshot below.
In the message box type "Raise a ticket" and press enter
Click on the "raise a ticket" button in the message that appears
- Click on "Pick an option".
- A drop-down menu will appear, and click on either IT or Facilities depending on your needs
- Click on "Continue" once you select which department you need to contact (IT for Information Services Department or Facilities if it deals with the Sunbury or Milton Campus)
- Verify your e-mail address is correct
- Type out a Subject line
- Verify that the priority is correct (you can select Low, Medium, or High depending on your needs)
- Choose which Ministry you are submitting the request for. There are several options you can choose from: Christ Wesleyan Church, MCS, Recovery Ministry, and The Well Ministries.
- Under description type out the issue you are having. Reminder: The more information the better. If you have attempted troubleshooting please type it out here.
- Once completed click on Submit
From here you will see the following appear in the "Support Center" chat. You can now reply to a ticket and see any updates without checking your e-mail! To reply to a ticket follow the following steps below:
- On the message for your ticket, click on "reply to ticket"
- Fill out your Reply
- Click on Submit
