To report a suspicious e-mail Follow the following steps:

• Open Outlook
• If you find a suspicious e-mail, Tap on it, but do not tap on any links
  
• Click on the three vertical dots next to the Subject for the e-mail underneath the date the e-mail was sent
  
• Tap and Drag up on the dash that appeared on the menu that appeared
  
• Tap on "Report Phishing"
  

Once you have reported an e-mail, the information services department will receive a notice of a Phishing attempt, and ironscales automatically removes the reported e-mail from all user inboxes (even if it is in the junk folder). Information Services Department then investigates the e-mail, and will determine if the e-mail is a Phishing attempt or Junk mail if needed.
