To report a suspicious e-mail Follow the following steps:
- navigate to https://www.cwc.life/staff-portal. If you are an MCS user navigate to https://www.mcslions.org/employee-portal/
- Click on "Office 365"
- If you find a suspicious e-mail, click on it, but do not click on any links
- Click on the Iron scales icon on the e-mail
Once you have reported an e-mail, the information services department will receive a notice of a Phishing attempt, and ironscales automatically removes the reported e-mail from all user inboxes (even if it is in the junk folder). Information Services Department then investigates the e-mail, and will determine if the e-mail is a Phishing attempt or Junk mail if needed.
