Sometimes you may experience transient issues with a particular web page or online service. Often times, such issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache.


To clear your browser cache, open the browser menu by clicking the three dot "ant" menu in the upper-right corner of the browser, then click Settings.


Next, scroll down and choose Clear browsing data.


The "Clear browsing data" window will open. Ensure the "Time range" box is set to All time, ensure all three check boxes are selected, and then choose Clear data.


Your browser cache has now been cleared. Refresh the page with which you were experiencing difficulty or close and re-open your browser. You will need to sign in again on any websites to which you were logged in before clearing your browser cache.
